2. About Workpunkt
WORKPUNKT UG (haftungsbeschränkt) provides education consulting, career guidance, university admissions support, visa guidance, and related services.
3. Services
Services may include consultations, university application support, document review, visa guidance, accommodation assistance, webinars, digital resources and educational programmes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate and truthful information and submit documents within required deadlines.
5. No Guarantee
Workpunkt does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, internships or employment. Final decisions are made solely by universities, embassies and relevant authorities.
6. Fees and Payments
Fees are communicated before engagement. Payment confirms acceptance of the applicable proposal or service agreement.
7. Third-Party Costs
University fees, APS fees, embassy fees, blocked accounts, translations and other third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, guides, templates, videos and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Workpunkt and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
9. Website Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Workpunkt shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or website.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Workpunkt Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin.
